This notice describes how personal data of users browsing www.dogliotti1870.com ("Site") is processed, in accordance with Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR") and applicable Italian data protection law.

1. Data Controller

2. Data collected and purposes of processing

The Site collects and processes the following categories of data, for the purposes indicated:

• Browsing data: the IT systems used to operate the Site acquire, in the course of normal operation, certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols (e.g. IP address, browser type). This data is used only to ensure the Site works correctly and is not collected to be associated with identified individuals.
• Data provided voluntarily by the user: optionally sending an email to the addresses shown on the Contact page, or using the phone contacts, involves the collection of data necessary to reply (e.g. email address, message content).
• Data for booking visits and tastings: bookings are managed through the third-party service Regiondo. Data entered when booking (name, email, any payment data) is processed by Regiondo as an independent controller or processor, under its own privacy notice, which we recommend reviewing before booking.
• Analytics and campaign measurement (consent only): if the user accepts cookies in the banner, Google Analytics and Google Ads collect data on how the Site is used (pages viewed, device, source, interactions such as clicking "Book your visit") for aggregate statistics and to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Details in the Cookie Policy.
• Newsletter sign-up: the email address provided (together with the chosen language, the date and the wording of the consent) is used solely to send communications about Dogliotti1870 products and initiatives, subject to the user's consent and to confirmation of the subscription through a verification email. Data is kept until the subscription is cancelled, which can be done at any time via the unsubscribe link in each communication or by writing to the Controller.

3. Legal basis for processing

The processing of browsing data and data needed to reply to contact requests is based on the Controller's legitimate interest in operating the Site and managing relationships with users. Processing for the newsletter and for analytics and campaign measurement is based on the data subject's consent, which can be withdrawn at any time. Booking-related data processing is based on the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject.

4. Disclosure of data to third parties

Data may be shared with third-party providers of services instrumental to the Site's operation, in particular:

• Regiondo, for managing bookings of visits and tastings;
• Google (Google Workspace / Google Sheets and Gmail), for storing the newsletter subscriber list and sending the related communications;
• Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads), only with prior consent, for Site statistics and advertising campaign measurement; data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework;
• Google (Google Fonts), from which the Site dynamically loads certain typefaces; this loading involves transmitting the device's IP address to Google's servers, which may be located outside the European Economic Area.

These parties act, depending on the case, as independent controllers or processors and handle data according to their own privacy notices.

5. Retention period

Data is retained for no longer than necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to any longer periods required by law (e.g. tax or accounting obligations) or in the event of disputes.

6. Data subject rights

As a data subject, you have the right to request from the Controller, where applicable, access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, to object to processing, and to obtain data portability. Such requests may be sent to the Controller at the contacts listed in section 1. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

7. Minors

The Site presents products with alcoholic content and is not directed at individuals under 18. Dogliotti1870 does not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
