These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website www.dogliotti1870.com ("Site"), owned by Dogliotti1870, based at Via Fratelli Vicari 70, 14054 Castagnole delle Lanze (AT), Italy, VAT/Tax code 01521520054. By accessing and browsing the Site, the user fully accepts these Terms.

1. Nature of the Site

The Site is intended for informational purposes, presenting the Dogliotti1870 winery, its wines, and its cellar visit experiences. The Site does not currently allow online purchase of products: the content relating to the wines is descriptive in nature and does not constitute a public offer.

2. Booking visits and tastings

Cellar visits and tastings can be booked through the third-party Regiondo widget integrated into the Site. Booking, payment (where applicable), and any cancellation or refund policies are governed by Regiondo's terms and/or communicated by Dogliotti1870 at the time of booking. Dogliotti1870 is not responsible for technical malfunctions attributable to the Regiondo platform.

3. Sale and consumption of alcohol

The Site's content relates to products with alcoholic content. Browsing the Site and taking part in visits and tastings are reserved for persons of legal drinking age. Dogliotti1870 promotes responsible and mindful consumption of alcoholic beverages.

4. Intellectual property

Text, images, trademarks, logos, and any other content on the Site are owned by Dogliotti1870 or used with the relevant authorization, and are protected under applicable intellectual property law. Reproduction, in whole or in part, of the content without the Controller's prior written consent is prohibited.

5. Limitation of liability

Dogliotti1870 strives to keep the information published on the Site up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or inaccuracies. Dogliotti1870 is not liable for any interruption, malfunction, or unavailability of the Site due to force majeure or factors beyond its control.

6. Links to third-party sites

The Site may contain links to sites operated by third parties (e.g. Regiondo, Google Maps). Dogliotti1870 is not responsible for the content and privacy practices of such sites, which are governed by their own terms.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute concerning their interpretation or performance shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Asti, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of law.
